What you see before you is a Koenigsegg Agera S Hundra, the 100th Agera S to have rolled off the assembly lines eight years ago. A customer from Hong Kong ordered it covered in genuine 24-carate gold, ensuring it was one of a kind in the world.

The vehicle was featured at the Geneva International Motor Show in 2013, and is currently up for grabs in New Zealand with around 2,000 kilometers (1,243 miles) on the odo. Only solvent buyers can hope to learn the price, though.

The Agera S is a special version of the Agera R coming with a mildly downgraded 5.0-liter V8 capable of running on low-octane fuel – an essential requirement for countries where the E85 biofuel mix is not easily obtainable. While the R version produces 1,140 PS (1,124 hp / 838 kW) and 1,200 Nm (885 lb-ft) of torque, the S makes do with 1,030 PS (1,016 hp / 757 kW) and 1,100 Nm (811 lb-ft) of torque.

Ten years ago, the Agera R set six new world acceleration records. Especially memorable was a run from 0-300-0 km/h (0-186-0 mph), which it managed in 21.19 seconds.
